Today Was Not All About Dogs

Today wasn't only about dogs!!! Today was a day to explore the shelter and check out all the other creatures that are available at the Bangor Humane Society!!!

Jack

This blog is dedicated to a dog named Jack who resided at the Bangor Humane Society for two months. While there Jack and I participated in the Dog's Day Out program. At first it was just a morning walk, which eventually turned into many over-nights. I never could understand why he did not get adopted sooner, but then decided to write a bio to let others no what a sweet dog he was - a true gentleman. Soon after this, he found his forever home. Many tears were shed on this day - tears of joy for him and a few tears just because he will be missed. He was the best and I hope his new owners realize how fortunate they are!!!
